Shipping Policy

We provide Insured Shipping for all orders. If your order gets lost or damaged, contact us and we will send you a free replacement immediately.

For best customer experience, we have added delivery updates via email for all our orders. You will receive a few emails telling you where your order is! 

On average, most of our customers receive their order within 12-18 days. But delivery might take up to 45 business days sometimes, due to high volume of orders, bad weather conditions, customs, size changes etc. If there is a delay on your order please email us to receive a discount code for your next order.

We may split your order into multiple shipments in order for them to be delivered to you as soon as possible.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends. In situations where products are in high demand, processing time can take longer than 3 working days.

Want FREE insured shipping? Simply order over $80 (usually 2 or 3 items) and we will pay for insured shipping for you.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, it may not be delivered. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
